I’m really disappointed with their international shipping. First off, I ordered right around Christmas time when the cases were buy two get one free. So I PAID for an armor pro for the 15 pro max. An ArmorPro prestige for my 16 pro max with (CC BUTTON) before they advertised they put a button on the montage AND on the 600D one as well.) anyway, they sent me the correct 16 pro max prestige case with (cc control) and then one of the two correct cases for my 15 pro max as I ordered the armor pro for the 15 pro max and then got the coolest looking armor air for the free one but instead they sent me two armor airs for the same 15 pro max instead of one armor pro and one air. And I contacted benks weeks ago several times and I can’t even get them to EMAIL ME BACK. What gives? I loved this company before knowing it at all just because I can appreciate quality.. and it is quality: at a good price. But the customer service is a bit lacking. Benks is one of the first innovative companies to implement a Cc control button and I just think they are the best and the customer service should represent the same quality as their products.

I’m delighted with the case. The grip is excellent due to the texture on the skin. This case could have been even better if it had a camera control button.
I have a lot of cases, but this one is the best overall. Quality, materials, buld and feel, just perfect.
The case has good quality, very precisely designed and has a small impact in dimensions. Overall very satisfied. The USB-C cutout is a bit bigger than older Armor Pro version, so many bulky USB-C plugs such as Thunderbolt ones, fit now. A small downside its a bit slippery, but it happens with all similar cases. Also the Customer Support was very helpful.
