1. How can I track my order?

1. Log in to your account – Your account is usually your email. Once logged in, the system will send a login code to your email.

(If the mailbox does not have your purchased order, please provide the name, phone number, and address you filled in when purchasing the product.)

2.Check your orders – Shipped products will display a tracking number.

3.Find your tracking number and track your shipment – If your tracking number starts with the following letters or numbers, you can check the shipping status on the corresponding website:

* Starting with 4PX: https://track.4px.com/#/
* Starting with LP or LF: https://track.4px.com/#/
* Ending with YP: https://track.yw56.com.cn/en/index
* Starting with 920: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
* Starting with CC or CL: https://www.dhl.com/

(If your DHL or USPS tracking number does not show results, it may still be in the early transit stage—please check on 4PX's website: 4PX Tracking.)

2. How to contact after-sales service for orders on other platforms ?(Amazon and so on)

3. What should I do if I don't receive the shipping number?

1. Please check whether the product in your order is a pre-sale item. Pre-sale products will be shipped sequentially according to the order placement.
